Hot Rods are very proud to announce the birth of
a new project the "Zelby 427".
The brief that Ziggy
gave himself was a "WHAT IF" scenario.
We all know that in that period Ford had expressed
a interest in acquiring Ferrari, we now know this
never happened...but "what if " it had
?? "What if " Shelby had decided that
he wanted to race in Europe and base himself out
of the newly acquired Ferrari workshop ?? "What
if " Shelby and Enzo Ferrari had collaborated
on combining the very best of European chic and
American muscle, if this was a real life story
we believe it would have resulted in the creation
of our "ZELBY 427" project, the way
it would have looked if it had been built for
Europe.
