Come and visit with the team from Ziggys Hot Rods both on the MOTHERS POLISH stand during SUMMERNATS 26 and cruising in the WARHORSE 427 Mustang. Proudly presented by MOTHERS POLISH, GLASURIT and SHANNONS INSURANCE.

The Streamliner recently made it's debut at the Rocket Open Day in Sydney and also made a guest appearance at the Nostalgia Nationals at WSID, it was started at both events, on Nitro, and pictures of this event are posted here and there is also a link to a U TUBE video of the start up. The Streamliner will be available to view on the MOTHERS POLISH stand at the up coming SUMMERNATS in Canberra and both Ziggy and Norm Longfield will be available to discuss the Streamliner and in Ziggy's case, also chat about the other builds that are currently underway at Ziggys Hot Rods. Norm is keen to start the car at SUMMERNATS and plans are in motion to hopefully make that a featured event at SUMMERNATS

The photo below is a 3D rendering of how this cutting edge designed hand built piece will appear, when it is completed. Ziggy’s brief was…..”what if”, in the day Ford was successful in purchasing Ferrari, “what if” Ford engineers Carol Shelby and Enzo Ferrari had collaborated on a purpose designed Mustang Fastback built for the European market ?? Ziggy’s believe ZELBY would be that build.

Due to a change in direction in the clients business commitments the opportunity now exists for this piece of automotive art to be yours, to be in your own personal car collection. There is overseas and local media and industry interest in this piece , with ZELBY being said to be the more sophisticated and refined cousin of the WARHORSE 427 project. ,ZELBY has been totally designed and built with the view of ‘taking on the world’.

The team at Ziggy's is so delighted to announce that the WARHORSE 427 project proudly owned by Mike Kluver and his family has been very successful at the outdoor automotive event of the year, Australia's Summernats 24. WARHORSE 427 was named as recipient of the prestigious awards for Top Tudor, Top Engineered, Top Interior, Top 10, ShowCar Superstars finalist for the Grand Finale in July 2011, runner up for Outstanding paint and also Bodywork. The Kicker supported WARHORSE 427 also competed in the sound off and was also a winner there !

A very sincere thank you to the professional team at Glasurit, Trevor Carter from Klosters, Kicker USA and Shannon's Insurance. The team at Ziggy's are so very proud of the success that the WARHORSE 427 project has had... 2 competative outings for two brilliant wins in outstanding company.

WARHORSE 427 debuts at MotorEX July 24th 2010 and wins the “Liqui Molly” Pinnacle Street ELITE Street Machine section.
